We want you to love every Mylemonsucker product. If something isn't right — for any reason — you have 30 days to return it, no restocking fee, no uncomfortable questions.

How to start a return
1 · Email [email protected]
Include your order number and item details. You can also start a return from your account; both methods reach our support team.
2 · Receive a prepaid label
We'll email a UPS prepaid label within one business day. Drop the package at any UPS counter — no printer needed with the QR code option.
3 · Get refunded
Once UPS scans your return, we process the refund within 24 hours. The amount returns to your original payment method in 5–7 business days.
What's eligible
All standard products qualify for a full refund within 30 days, used or unused. We accept returns on opened toys — no justification needed, and refunds don't depend on condition. Returned items are responsibly recycled through our materials partner.
Exceptions
Final sale items (marked at checkout) and gift cards cannot be refunded. Bundles can be returned in full but not partially for a single item refund.
After 30 days, our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects — visit the Shipping & Returns page for warranty claim details.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email [email protected] within 14 days with a photo and order number. We'll ship a replacement immediately and provide a prepaid label for the original. You won't be charged twice.
