Every Mylemonsucker order ships in unbranded packaging from our secure warehouse. Domestic orders are free. Returns are simple. The two-year warranty is genuine.

How shipping works
Discreet packaging
Orders ship in plain packaging with a generic return address. The packing slip lists the brand only as 'Mylemonsucker.' Nothing on the exterior reveals the contents.
Domestic delivery
Free standard shipping on every US order. UPS or USPS, 2–4 business days. Express options available at checkout for 1–2 day delivery. Tracking updates sent when the label is created.
International
We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and the EU. Duties and import VAT are collected at checkout—no hidden fees at delivery. Transit takes 5–10 business days.

Need to delay shipment? Email [email protected] within four hours of placing your order and we can hold it up to 30 days.
Returns & warranty
30-day returns
If you're unsatisfied for any reason, return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll send a prepaid label—no questions asked, no restocking fee.
Two-year warranty
Every toy comes with a two-year warranty against motor failure, battery degradation, and silicone separation. We replace or repair, free of shipping costs, on the first claim.
Hygiene note
We accept returns even on used products—your refund is processed regardless. Returned items are not refurbished or resold. They're recycled responsibly through our certified partner.
